Woman Killed After Jump From Newburgh Beacon Bridge
A sad story from Beacon. A woman has jumped from the Newburgh Beacon bridge and was killed as result.
Sources as the Mid Hudson News claim a motorist had notified authorities that a woman had gotten out of her vehicle and wass standing at the edge of the bridge.
According to the Times Union, Melissa Zukowski of Dutchess County had jumped from the bridge on Sunday night before state troopers arrived on the scene.
The body was discovered two hours later after water search units were sent in to find the body.
