Who the Hale is Lucy Hale?

You may know her from "Pretty Little Liars" or Privileged" in 2008, notable actress Lucy Hale loves the silver screen, but she has said that music is her first love.

Lucy signed a record deal in 2012.  And, honestly, I didn't really take notice until I was strolling through Target the other day and her record was playing in the electronics section.  I heard it, stopped, turned around and listened to her new single and I liked it.  I really did!

Then I found out the Lucy is on the cover of the current issue of Cosmopolitan. The magazine is on newstands now.
