Henry Rose of Queensbury just scored big with the CASH4LIFE game, matching five numbers in the July 21 drawing to win the second prize, $1,000 a week for life. Instead of taking the weekly payments, he opted for the cash option, receiving a one-time payout of $651,000 after taxes. His lucky ticket came from the Speedway on Aviation Road in Queensbury.
