Up To $900 Could Be Waiting For You
Did you ever get a call either on your home phone or your cell offering you a free cruise? Well, you could be entitled up to $900 and there's a simple way to check. If you received a telemarketer type robocall for a free cruise on Carnival, Royal Caribbean or Norwegian Cruise Lines between July of 2009 and March of 2014, you could be getting some money thanks to a class-action lawsuit.
The lawsuit that was filed claims that Resort Marketing Group, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making tons of pre-recorded telemarketing calls to cell phones and landlines. Instead of fighting the lawsuit in court, the companies decided to settle using this method to save them money in court.
There is an easy way to check by simply typing in your phone number. Just answer the questions, enter your phone number and if you are eligible, you will be prompted to fill out a form. See if your number makes the list, click here. You can also file for up to three calls per each phone number so, in reality, you could get a check for $900 per number.
My phone number didn't qualify, but some of my family members did, so what do you have to lose?
