This is because of some water damage from broken pipes.

In a story from News 10 ABC, it happened at two very popular establishments on Second Street - Bacchus Pizza and Daisy Baker's.

It was discovered by an employee from the pizza restaurant, who reported the incident to management, and shut the water off. Unfortunately there was already a lot of damage. The electrical system was damaged, and the ceilings also collapsed.
