Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Bust For 2 People
New York State Troopers arrested two people for alleged drug possession during a traffic stop.
It happened in Watervliet on I787. In the story that I saw on News 10 ABC. When they stopped the vehicle, Troopers saw the drugs seized them, and arrested two people.
Charged with Unlawful Possession Of Marijuana and Criminal Possession Of A Controlled Substance In The Seventh Degree, was 33-year-old James Foley.
20-year-old Laitf S. Parker was the passenger. He allegedly had drugs on him. In addition to the same charges as Foley, he was also charged with Criminal Possession Of A Controlled Substance In The Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession Of A Controlled Substance In The Third Degree.
Foley received appearance tickets, and Parker was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Correctional Facility until he gets a preliminary hearing.
