Bethlehem Town Hall located at 445 Delaware Avenue in Delmar. Open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Bethlehem Public Library located at 451 Delaware Avenue in Delmar. Open Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm.
