Yes, it's true. The iconic Snowman Ice Cream in the Lansingburgh section of Troy has officially been sold. After close to 70 years in business, the most recent owner said it was just time to slow down and spend more time with his family.
I don't know about you, but I'm done with winter. Marissa and I tried to make a country cowboy snowman the other day in the parking lot when we got a lot of snow at the radio station.
It didn't work so well.
Turns out the snow was too fluffy and not "good packing" snow.
