Although there is nothing wrong with them, a local husband and wife are building a new tavern restaurant that they are hoping changes that feel. They want their new eatery to be part of the community with a hometown feel.

There are plans to bring a restaurant to a vacant building on Route 9 in Halfmoon that has been empty for quite a long time. It is a building that was once a meeting place for NXIVM. This was a cult that had headquarters in the Albany area and the heads of NXIVM lived in Halfmoon.

An Albany pizzeria that has been around since 1982 has decided to no longer have meat under their roof or on their pizzas and food. Little Anthony's has made a big decision to service the majority of its clientele comprised of vegetarians and vegans.

For one Troy restaurant, it was the employees who rallied together to make sure Plumb Oyster Bar would reopen.
