There are over six hundred McDonald's restaurants across New York State but now there is one less. A Capital Region McDonald's in a high-traffic location has closed.
Our teachers have been heroes throughout the pandemic and into this new school year. To honor our educators, McDonald's is giving them "thank you meals". These free breakfast meals are available to teachers, school staff, and administrators starting today and running through October 15th.
If you are in downtown Albany, you have seen the boarded-up McDonald's on South Pearl Street. It has been closed since 2019 but now there are plans to develop it into a grocery store in partnership with the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region.
