If you like to head north for your summer getaways, make a stop in downtown Corinth, NY for some delicious food, old fashioned country store shopping, and free country music.

I guess I deserve 20 years in the pun-itentiary.  I had a chance to hear some great music from a local twosome with a great name - 2Late.  I can tell you right now, it's not….

I've always been proud to support and feature local talent from my home area of upstate New York, from local-turned-national artists like Hal Ketchum, Brian Prout of Diamond Rio, and Eddie Killgallon of Ricochet or a local artist that stayed in the Northeast to entertain their loyal fans.

Have you heard of a group called the Jammers Network?  It's not for everyone, and not for the faint of heart.  It is for hard core lovers of music who can play it themselves and enjoy the bonding experience of "jamming" with each other.

The Adirondack's are full of great reasons to visit, including a little gem located at the 'foothills of the Adirondack's' in Corinth, New York- The Corinth Barn.

If you’ve never been to the Rockin’ On The River events in Troy, you’re missing out on a great time. Every Wednesday, starting this week through August there is a free concert in the Green Island Bridge parking lot behind Brown’s Brewing Co and Ryan’s Wake. It happens rain or shine and they have a great lineup this year too! Check out the schedule and more info after the jump.
