The old Beech-Nut Factory in Canajoharie has sat vacant for quite some time. Back in March, there was talk of turning it into a cannabis plant and partnering up with Fulton County Community College to offer cannabis classes. Not much has happened since and now this eyesore has been tagged.

The old Beech-Nut Factory along I-90 in Canajoharie may be born again in the form of a brand new cannabis plant and they are offering training at a local community college.

The explosion of the craft breweries in our area has prompted a local college to offer a special certificate to anyone who wishes to explore the business. For the first time, Fulton-Montgomery Community College announced that they will be partnering up with local craft breweries to get educated in the field.
