The one thing I will say about living in the commonwealth, we have a lot of locally owned restaurants. Especially diners. And I mean a lot of diners! Not only are these eateries popular, but they have been in business for many decades! Or should I say even centuries!

The capital region has dive restaurants & bars with unique dishes, flavors, and atmospheres. This region has everything from Saratoga to Troy to Cohoes to Schenectady to Albany.

Diners have always been a part of our lives and there are so many here in the Capital Region. We all know that there is a staple that is on every table in every diner. It's Heinz ketchup and now they want to give back. Here's how you can help too.
