On Christmas Eve, authorities received a call from someone in the Apple Store in Crossgates Mall about a the theft of an iPhone 5 that was on display.

Guilderland Police were called to a Crossgates Mall store.

A teen is in some trouble with the law, after she was caught for allegedly shoplifting, and then allegedly used pepper spray on several people in Crossgates Mall.

Today begins the smoking ban on Crossgates property. So no more walking through a cloud of smoke when entering or leaving the mall. I know this has smokers up in arms but I have to say I am not upset at all. I hate walking in and out of the mall with my daughter and we have to hold our breath.
