UPDATE @ 3:30 PM: The AMBER Alert for Marlboro Police Department has been canceled. The child has been found safe, and the father is in custody.

Shortly after ten 0'clock last night the suspect in a triple homicide and the cause of an AMBER alert was taken into police custody after surrendering to police following a multi-state search.

According to a Boston tv station - My Fox Boston, and through our friends at Fox 23 News, State police have confirmed that Matthew Slocum is in custody and that his girlfriend and 4-month-old baby are safe.

UPDATE @ 6:40 p.m. - From Fox23 News, the vehicle in the AMBER Alert has been located in New Hampshire, but the child, mother and suspect have not.
