Reports have come in that a dead body was found in Albany late this morning.

This morning Interstate 90 and Everett Road had to be closed in both directions when a man was found threatening to jump off the overpass onto the highway below, and shouting obscenities.   The road was closed for about an hour between 8am and 9am while police negotiated with the man.

Tragic events unfolded in the small town of Schaghticoke Sunday morning.

WOW! I know that some parents may have jokingly said they wished Justin Bieber would go on a vacation for about a year, but this is crazy!

There are probably some parents that were shocked to hear this news, especially if their children or child attend UAlbany.

Parts of Route 20 East and West at the Northway were backed up for a while this morning after an accident involving a car and a tractor trailer.

Luckily this ended up ok, but yesterday evening the Northbound side of the Northway was shut down as crews cleaned up a potentially dangerous mess.

I know there have been a lot of red flag warnings due to the earlier lack of rain we had this season, so at first I thought it may have been Smokey The Bear. Nope! A real black bear was spotted in the back yard of a Albany residential neighborhood.
