The push continues through Albany on the severe storm front. The cell is moving quickly towards Massachusetts and Vermont. Heavy rains, strong winds in the range of 50 m.p.h. and frequent lightning strikes are what those ares will see. Remember that potential for large hail exists with this system. Concerns of flooding in the North Country are a concern now as another band of storms is behind the one that just ripped through.The second wave does not look to be as strong but will contain heavy rains for sure in areas that have already been saturated after the initial wave.
