**UPDATE: Jessica Northrup has been located and is safe.

The New York State Police have informed the public about a missing 43-year-old Upstate New York woman who they say is in danger after she was abducted on Tuesday evening.  While State Police asked for the public's help in locating her, State Police also cautioned citizens to NOT approach the vehicle that may belong to the man responsible for her disappearance, because he could be a threat.

According to New York State Police, 43-year-old Jessica Northrup was last seen on Tuesday evening in Spencerport, Monroe County New York at 7:44 pm.  Spencerport is about 3.5 hours west of Albany, out near Rochester.

The man she was last seen with is also believed to be her captor.  His name is Paul Collen and he drives a white, 2019 Dodge Journey van license plate #JLT6818.  Northrup was believed to have been inside that vehicle.

Here is a photo of Paul Collen, the man authorities believe abducted Northrup.  There is no word on what his relationship is to the victim, or if he has any prior arrest record or criminal history.

Jessica Northrup, 43, is approximately 5' 6" tall, has white skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, and weighs roughly 130 lbs.
