Some Local People In Need Find Random Acts Of Kindness

The city of Amsterdam has had some winter weather items placed in various parts of the city.

Some of the items include Scarves and gloves.

They’ve been placed there for a person that might need to be outside in the very cold weather. That person can take and use the item if they need it. There was a note attached to an item that was found near the Lynch Middle School. On that note was the message - “I am not lost. If you are stuck out in the cold, please take this to keep warm”.

According to the story from News 10 ABC, Amsterdam Mayor Ann Thane said that “it’s really an indication of what it’s like here in the city of Amsterdam”. The people really do come out for others.
