Couple Keeps Baby’s Sex Secret – Has Being Politically Correct Gone Too Far?

It is now official!  I would like to mark this date on my calendar, and maybe after reading this you will do the same.  Folks, I have now heard EVERYTHING! There's a couple from Canada that are not painting the baby's room pink.  Or blue for that matter!  They want their child to make up it's OWN MIND what sex it is!  OOOOOOKAYYYYYYY!   Here's a video clip via Newsy.com and NBC.

And In keeping with being totally neutral and totally unbiased, I would now like to present my  poll question for today.  Please comment if you want to play along.

1. Your first name (actually, I changed my mind - it might give away your gender)   Only put your name down if it is interchangeable :  i.e.  KIM, TONY, RORY, ALEX. JESSY

2. Last name (whoops - not good either.  It may give away your nationality  i.e. Schwartz, Pudulski, McMaster - very damaging.  Only Smith or Jones need apply

3. Occupation - Forget it.  Knowing an occupation before actually seeing you may assume that you are a certain nationality or from a particular socio-economic background.  Scratch that.

4. How many kids? - Kids.  That's very derogatory,  Kids. To "kid" is to tease someone, although in a playful way.  But still.  Kidding is very damaging to one's self esteem.  Let's go with offspring. But then again, that is telling your kid - I mean child - that he is "a product of ..... and animal or plant".  Talk about damaging!  No smarter than a potted plant?  Horrible!

I can't even get to the poll question.  I have such a migraine headache.  What do you think?  I'll leave it at that!  (Talk about controversy!   I'll betcha that's why they named the baby STORM!)
