Prince William Gets Dissed When He Tries To Kiss A Scottish Girl [VIDEO]

DOH! These days there is just always a camera around. Seems like you can't fall down, get rejected for a kiss, rob a bank or anything anymore without getting caught on tape. This  applies even to the future King of England.

Apparently, Prince William did not see "Braveheart", or he may have known that in Scotland, British royalty can never really be sure what they are going to get. Here is a clip of him going through a receiving line and when he approaches the little girl he THINKS , she wants a kiss, she does not.

While I think he handles it well, I feel bad for the little girl who actually WANTED a kiss further down the line and doesn't get it because the girl before her made the Prince wary of    the young lassies. Isn't it always that way?
