On Monday morning in an act of road rage, a woman that was driving a white Lexus, was accused of recklessly passing a Mohonason school bus, intentionally cutting in front of it and stopping, forcing the bus driver to abruptly stop the bus.

She then allegedly went over to the bus and tried to force her way onto the bus by prying the School Bus Air-door open, and causing damage to the door.

Guilderland Police responded to the scene on Ryan Place in Guilderland, and arrested the driver of the Lexus, Beth Aviza. According to a press release from the Guilderland Police Department, Aviza was charged with one count of Reckless Endangerment in the second degree, four counts of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, One count of Criminal Mischief on the fourth degree, one count of Reckless Driving and one count of Unattended Motor Vehicle.

Aviza was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Guilderland Town Court on February 5. No one on the bus was injured.
