What is Nine Pin's Raspberry Cider Made From?

According to Nine Pin's Facebook page, their mid-winter season release of Nine Pin Raspberry is made from a blend of "early apple varieties". It's co-fermented with late-season New York raspberries. It becomes a classic New York hard cider with delicious red raspberry notes and beautiful red color. It is tart but balanced. This is the perfect Valentine's cider.

There is a Special Pairing Available Too

Nine Pin Cider is also celebrating the Raspberry Cider release by offering their special homemade melba sauce. You can get an order of mozzarella sticks, gluten-free available as well, with a side of their melba sauce and a glass of their Nine Pin Raspberry Cider on tap. This pairing is only available until February 2nd.
