New Waterfront Park Coming To Saratoga Springs/Saratoga Lake

Ground has been broken and work has begun on a brand new waterfront park on Saratoga Lake.

The property, which housed a restaurant in the past, is being redeveloped as a full-fledged park.

The mayor of Saratoga Springs, Mayor Joanne Yepsen, mentioned that this will be “the city’s first and only public waterfront park.” In the story that I saw on WNYT, the plan is to have the waterfront park completed by spring 2015.
