Guilderland Restaurant Featuring Italian & Pub Fare Set To Open

Another new Capital Region restaurant is ready to open its doors in 2023.

As we kicked off the new year news stories of new eateries opening in the 518 were coming fast and furious. And now there is another one to add to the list.

According to 518 Foodies The Hedge Bistro will open at the Western Turnpike Golf Course in Guilderland will celebrate their grand opening on April 1st and will offer lunch, bar, and dinner service menus. The new eatery will feature Italian and American pub cuisine and will be a family restaurant serving golfers and the local community. The new restaurant will also offer catering for events of up to 500 people, and will also be an entertainment destination for karaoke and trivia nights.

The Hedge joins a pretty healthy list of new eateries that have either opened their doors already this year or are planning to do so in the near future!
