When it comes to pizza, we have a seemingly endless list of local spots to grab a pie or a slice. This Friday that list grows in Cohoes!

It may be the most well-represented form of cuisine in the Capital Region, and deservedly so. When it comes to the perfect meal, great pizza fills the bill. I mean, what other handheld dish contains all 4 food groups - dairy, meat, grains, and veggies? Pizza is perfection and we are blessed to have so many great pizzerias in the Capital Region.

 

 

According to Notes On Napkins, a brand new pizzeria is ready to start slinging pies later this week. Spindle City Pizzeria will be opening Friday at 84 Ontario Street, the same location that use to e home to Inferno Pizza.

A full menu have been posted yet, but Spindle City Pizza's website is up and running teasing a menu that will include "...classics like New York Style cheese pizza by the slice and house-made chicken parmesan – to...house-made buffalo chicken wontons and (a) Meat Lover’s Pasta Bowl."
