Miranda Lambert Tweets Valentine’s Day Gift from Blake Shelton & More in Casey’s Taste of Country

Miranda Lambert shared on her Twitter page a picture of what hubby Blake Shelton got her for Valentine's Day.  She wrote underneath the pic, "I have been wanting this for a year and a half! I have the best husband in the world."  Blake got her a  ring in the shape of a bird.

Miranda Lambert and her group Pistol Annies are joining Taylor Swifton the upcoming Hunger Games soundtrack.  that album is due out in stores on March 20th.  Miranda stated she's a big fan of The Hunger Games trilogy of books.  She also said she wrote the song "Run Daddy Run" especially for the soundtrack.  The Hunger Games film opens in theaters March 23.

Brad Paisley's Virtual Reality World Tour 2012 is doing quite well.  He had another sold-out weekend with three sold-out shows iwith two in Washington and one in Oregon, making it a full sweep of sell-outs of the 12 tour dates so far. 

According to the Tennessan, Kenny Rogers is suing Capitol Records in federal court for deliberately misleading him, and other artists, about payments owned to them for online music sales.  The lawsuit was filed in Nashville this past Monday, however; does not specify a dollar amount.   Rogers claims there was a breach of contract for underpayments on digital song royalties spanning nearly 30-years.

Dierks Bentley made GQ's list of the top 10 best-dressed guys at the Grammys last Sunday.  GQ's write-up stated:

"Dierks shows us that when the codes of dress are as all over as they are at these awards, sometimes going the simple route is best. The black crewneck and slacks make for a sleek silhouette, while the beat-up leather jacket breaks things up and gives a rugged edge to the country star's look."
