Summer may be unofficially ending, but our late season heatwave continues.

Usually this time of year, the temps are cooling and you can feel a little chill in the air. That will not be the case this labor and through a good chunk of this week.

According to the Weather Channel we will have temps in the low 90's for Labor Day. In fact, the National Weather Service has a heat advisory in effect from Noon to 8pm. The advisory says with high humidity it could feel like the mid 90's to 100 degrees outside! Not your typical Labor Day.

You can expect the high temperatures to continue though most of the week according to the Weather Channel Forecast. We will be hovering right around 90 Tuesday and Wednesday, and the mid 80's Thursday. It looks like this late summer heatwave will break Friday with more seasonable temperatures around 70 next weekend.

So, maybe put all the pumpkin flavored stuff off one more week and enjoy this last blast of summer heat!
