Kelsey Grammer Set To Open His Upstate NY Brewery

He used to drink a lot of beer playing Frasier on Cheers, and now he is getting ready to brew his own to share with you!

During an appearance Tuesday on Live with Kelly and Ryan, Kelsey told Kelly and Anderson Cooper he is getting close to opening his own brewery. NYUP.com says it will located '...on a former dairy farm in Margaretville, a village on the northern edge of the Catskill Park in Delaware County.'

No date is set for the opening as Kelsey works out some waste disposal details for the brewery, but he did tell Kelly and Anderson his 'Faith American Ale' just had a tasting last week and will be released soon.  Kelsey says the brewery itself is being built on land he bought 25 years ago, and he is hoping the brewery helps give the local economy a little kick. And hey, maybe Norm will stop by to really get beer sales going! Here is the appearance on Live:
