Jordan Davis Bringing 'Damn Good Time' Tour to Albany Spring 2024

Just announced, country music star Jordan Davis is bringing his 'Damn Good Time' World Tour to Albany next spring. He's bringing special guests too including Mitchell Tenpenny.

Jordan Davis is no stranger to the Capital Region and WGNA. He once was our country music guest on a Big Apple Cruise, he was a Secret Star, and he also played WGNA's Countryfest. In his last visit, he opened for country superstar Luke Combs at the MVP Arena in 2022. Now Jordan Davis is headlining his own tour.

Jordan Davis has had big hit songs including "Singles You Up", "Almost Maybes", "What My World Spins Around", "Take It From Me", and "Buy Dirt" with Luke Bryan, and his latest hit "Next Thing You Know".

Mitchell Tenpenny is coming as a supporting act and he is no stranger to the area. He was just here this summer with Jason Aldean's Desperado Highway Tour. His hits include, "We Got History", "Truth About You", and "Drunk Me".

Jordan Davis is bringing his "Damn Good Time" World Tour to the MVP Arena in Albany, NY on Friday, April 26th, 2024. He will have special guests Mitchell Tenpenny and Ashley Cooke as supporting acts. Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 13th at 10 am through Ticketmaster and LiveNation.com.

GNA Hotshots - A Look Back at the Summer of Country Music in Upstate NY

It was an incredible summer for country shows in the area, and we were fortunate to have some of the biggest stars in the industry come to the Capital Region.

Things started to warm up this summer when Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell brought the Hometeam Tour to MVP Arena in June and wrapped when The Chief, Eric Church came to town for the first time in a decade with rising superstar Lainey Wilson.

But MVP Arena and SPAC weren't the only venues rocking out in the summer of 2023, Jackson Dean and Dylan Scott played Pinehaven Country Club in Guilderland, Lee Brice hit up a historic venue in Albany, and country legend Tracy Byrd played the Schoharie County Sunshine Fair.

GNA was there for all of these shows, plus a whole lot more, and our amazing photographer Claude Sawyer was front and center, to bring you all the action from the pit.
