Jason Aldean Buys 1,300-Acre Farm & More in Casey’s Taste of Country

Jason Aldean news -- he just bought a 1,300-acre farm just outside Nashville.  He and his family spent New Year's Eve checking up on the new purchase.  The purchase is something Jason says he has always dreamed about doing some day and says the place has enough beds to accomodate 18 people.

Country music showed a large representation at last night's 2012 Grammy Awards.  Taylor Swift took home two awards and performed her song "Mean".  Both Lady Antebellum and The Civil Wars took home a Grammy.  Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton, The Band Perry, Carrie Underwood and Glen Campbell all performed as well, while Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley assisted as presenters.

He will be narrating a new free eBook featuring "Owney the Dog", a loveable and inspirational figure in mail-service history and friend to children and visitors of the Smithsonian's National Postal Museum.  The eBook is called Owney: Tales from the Rails.  It's available online and as an Apple iPad app.
