Recently I saw that Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports was in Upstate New York doing a series of his famous "one bite, everybody knows the rules" pizza reviews. I decided to check out one of the restaurants and had a decent experience, until I saw the bill.

According to the New York Times, more and more restaurants in New York and around the country are adding a credit card fee for a customer using any electronic payments. It is suggested that, due to inflation, restaurants are being hit with high credit card fees and that burden may just fall on you, the customer.
