
RECALL ALERT: Popsicle Recall Impacts Shoppers In New York
Before you hand out cold treats to your kids and their friends, you will want to double-check those popsicles. A nationwide recall will impact shoppers across New York State.
Thousands Of Outshine Popsicles Have Been Recalled
If you like to keep tasty frozen treats in the freezer for hot summer days, you will want to double-check what you have for the kids. The owners of Outshine Frozen Fruit Bars have issued a voluntary recall of thousands of popsicles.
According to the FDA, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, recalling a limited number of select flavors of Outshine Fruit Bars due to possible foreign material contamination with glass.
The products affected by the recall include Outshine Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine, and Black Cherry 6-Count 2.5 ounce Fruit Bars and the Outshine 24-Count 2.5 ounce Variety Pack Fruit Bars.
The Good news is that no injuries have been reported with the recalled productis. If you do have any of the recalled products you are advised to take back the product to where you purchased them from for a refund.
