How to Treat Interns

I feel like everyone probably gets a little excited when new interns are brought in. I mean, what's not to be excited about? We can get them to do everything for us.

So Jordan and I were pretty excited about getting some new Summer interns. We're always happy when new people join so we can show them a side of the radio biz that they may not know about. We understand the whole idea about having these interns is to help them and educate them and watch them grow and flourish in a positive environment. I feel like we did a pretty good job at that. I can already tell that Drew is going to do really well here, especially if he keeps going like this.

Evidently, our methods of training interns is not really what everyone else would call "educating" but rather a "power trip". No one has really explained the difference to me yet, and I don't really feel like looking it up. All I know is, now me and Jordan have to do all this work that we don't want to do.
