Upstate NY Snowfall Totals Here For Nov. 22, 2024

See which areas of Upstate New York got A FOOT of snow with our first sizable snowfall of the season.

While most of us in the greater Albany got rain over the last couple of days, some areas had a pretty big snowfall with a foot or more in some areas.

Most of the bigger snowfall numbers fell in Schoharie County and in higher elevations in the Catskills with as much as almost 12-14 inches of snow for some according to National Weather Service spotter reports.

After a fairly mild and dry fall, we finally got our first decent snowfall of the season in parts of Upstate New York. Here are snowfall totals for Friday, November 22, 2024, from around the area from local spotters via the National Weather Service.
