Hootie, Brett Eldredge, A Thousand Horses Sing ‘Hold My Hand’ [Watch]

Darius Rucker brought out his openers, Brett Eldredge, the Brothers Osborne, and #WGNACountryfest artists, A Thousand Horses, and had them join him on the Hootie & The Blowfish classic "Hold My Hand"!

It was sooooo cool that even the audience decided to join in and sing along!

I don't think you could ask for anything more from a Darius Rucker concert!

This video makes me so excited to see A Thousand Horses at Countryfest.

And also, Brett Eldredge.  He's perfect.
