HBO Show Filming In Albany Next Week, Looking For Extras

A popular HBO show will be filming in Albany Monday and Tuesday, and you could be an extra!

Earlier this week the Times Union reported earlier this week succession was returning to the Capital Region to film in Albany Monday and Tuesday, and you can be an extra. The Times Union says Grant Wilfley Casting out of New York City is looking for "...men and women, ages 18 and older, to play politicians, journalists, news types, etc." You can get details how to become and extra here.

'Succession' is currently filming it's second season, and this is not the first time they have filmed in the Capital Region. As we reported earlier this year, the show was here filming in Lake George and at the Great Escape back in May. HBO says 'Succession' is about a family that runs a media and entertainment company.

So where will they be filming? Today some buzz has been building on social media that crews were scoping out various locations at the Empire State Plaza. We will know for sure on Monday!
