We are starting to get a clearer picture of what it will take for parts of the state to start reopening.

During his daily press conference today Governor Cuomo laid out some more guidelines for regions of the state to reopen. According to CBS 6, Cuomo did say some business could be able to reopen when the current pause ends on May 15th. The regions who do reopen will need to meet the CDC guideline of a 14 day COVID-19 decline and businesses will also need to adhere to social distancing and virus monitoring. The Governor also outlined that all regions that reopen will need to maintain hospitalization and ICU rates under 70% to remain open. If those benchmarks are passed, a region would go back on pause. You can see the Governor's full list of guidelines here.

Once we do start to reopen, all these details will probably seem a little overwhelming. That said, this will be our new normal to get moving again and I am sure we are all ready to tackle the details necessary to make that happen. I think I speak for all of GNA Nation when I say we are ready to get moving and working again, and that is our top priority no matter how we get it done. We are just ready to get it done.
