First FREE Country Show Announced For 2025 Great New York State Fair

After announcing its first handful of shows for 2025, the Great New York State Fair has finally added a Country show to its free concert lineup.

The state fair has been very active in early 2025 announcing its first round of shows for this years event.

Free shows at the Chevrolet Music Festiva starring classic rockers Cheap Trick, rapper Busta Rhymes, 60's phenoms Herman's Hermits, Sister Hazel, and Kidz Bop have already been announced. And now out the first Country show has been added to this year's fair.

Great New York State Fair Adds Country Duo Maddie & Tae To Concert Lineup

Get ready Country fans! The Great New York State Fair announced in a press release today that Country powerhouse duo Maddie & Tae will perform on the Chevy Court stage on Thursday, August 28th at 6pm!

Ever since Maddie & Tae burst onto the Country scene in the summer of 2014 with their smash debut hit 'Girl In A Country Song,' they have been one of Country music's preeminent duos with hit songs like 'Die From A Broken Heart,' Fly,' "Shut Up And Fish,' and more.

This year's Great New York State Fair runs Wednesday, August 20th through Labor Day, Monday, September 1st. As always, all the fair concerts are FREE with fair admission and tickets are $8 for adults with free admission for kids under 12 and seniors 65 and older!
