Farmer’s Almanac Releases Winter Forecast For Albany

If you expect the mild weather we have been having this year to continue this coming Winter, you will be disappointed.

Farmer's Almanac has released their weather predictions for Winter 2016/2017. And their forecast is 'colder than normal' and 'more precipitation' than normal this winter in the region.

You and I know what that means. It looks like mother nature will make up for the easy winter she gave us last year by hitting us with a doozy. But, how often is the Farmer's Almanac forecast accurate? According to Time Magazine, they were right 2 winters ago, but last winter - they were off as they predicted a cold, snowy season for a lot of the country.

So, like any forecast, take this with a grain of salt. A lot could happen between now and December, and who knows - maybe we will get off easy again this coming winter!
