Keith Urban is sporting a fresh youthful look on the current season of American Idol. After his recent appearance on the Grammy Awards, a few listeners asked if we knew if he's had plastic surgery.

Although we don't have a confirmation from a credible source, previous articles report that both Keith Urban and his wife Nicole Kidman have gone in for plastic surgery. According to plasticsurgery.com (around 2009) "Based on the pictures comparison between Keith Urban before and after plastic surgery pictures, his face does not reflect any aging signs as like wrinkles and crow’s feet line around his forehead and eyelids. That such face skin appearance was usually impacted by facelift, blepharoplasty, and Botox injection so it is no wonder if his face looks smoother than the other men in his age."
