Crossgates is slowly starting to look like its old self again with more and more stores reopening and shoppers returning.

The latest reopening just announced is the video game and dining business, Dave & Busters. According to the press release from Crossgates Dave & Busters will reopen its entertainment and dining establishment on Monday, March 15th.

Of course, there will be some changes made to their business model in response to the coronavirus guidelines. Dave & Busters in Crossgates will offer indoor dining, but will also allow guests to have their favorite menu items delivered with DoorDash and Uber Eats. The Million Dollar Midway, known for its selection of exclusive arcade games and classic video games, will reopen on Friday, March 26th.

Upon returning to Dave & Buster’s, guests can expect new safety protocols inline with
New York coronavirus guidelines. Masks will be required for all guests and employees. In addition, gloves will be available to guests. That was one of the things I was thinking about, with video games you practically can't clean the controls enough between guests so everyone will have to wear gloves. There will also be dedicated staff assigned to sanitize tables and games regularly as well as other important health, sanitization, and cleanliness efforts.

As a "thank you" to all first responders and healthcare professionals that have been on the front line of the fight against the coronavirus Dave & Busters is offering them a $10 Game Card.
