The past year has certainly taken its toll on us mentally and physically, but we're tough here in the Capital Region.  When things around us started shutting shown,  it was a bummer, but we found new adventures and different ways to keep our minds active and our families connected.

While nothing beats the feeling of running, jumping, diving, dodging, bouncing and climbing, not all families takes hikes and not all kids have a big yard to run around and play on.

A place that was missed during the pandemic was GET AIR Trampoline Park inside Crossgates Mall, where you can do all of those things and more.  For many people, when a place like this shuts down, it's simply one less thing you can do, or your kids can do, to keep the mind and body active.

But some good news:  GET AIR inside Crossgates Mall issued a release on Friday with details of their reopening so you can plan your return visit.

According to their press release issues on Friday, they are back and officially taking all jumpers:

"In response to COVID-19, they have further increased their focus on this and have updated
and increased cleaning procedures. Staff is sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and equipment multiple times per day while resupplying soaps, hand sanitizers and paper products for guests to use. Their jumpers’ health and wellness are of the utmost importance" -GET AIR Trampoline Staff
