Cop’s Foot Run Over As Man Escaped
An 18-year-old from allegedly ran over an officer’s foot with the car that he was driving, as he was trying to get away from the officer.

In the story from WNYT, Austin Suarez was approached by the officer because he was allegedly wanted on a bench warrant. After Suarez did escape, his freedom was short lived. Authorities found him hiding in his Coxsackie home.
After a brief chase on foot, Suarez was arrested and sent to the Greene County Jail. It’s possible that there may be more charges.
