Computer Trespass Charges For A Delmar Man
After making access available for other computer user accounts at a state office, a 52-year-old Delmar man has been charged with felony computer trespassing.
In a story from CBS 6 Albany, James Burton allegedly changed account passwords for other users by using a limited administrator password. He was a private contractor and was working for the New York State Office Of Information Technology in Albany.
Burton also received an appearance ticket in Albany City Court.
