Chris Young was here at SPAC for his "Raised on Country World Tour" with Chris Janson and Dylan Scott last Saturday. The show wasn't just memorable because it was fantastic but because we also broke a record, even beating out his hometown!

Chris Young mentioned on stage on Saturday night that he had another show the next night and had no idea how they were going to top the outpouring of love that the Capital Region showed him. So much so, we broke a record.

Apparently, all of the singing and the applause broke the audience record for volume for his entire career to being over 116 dB through the entire concert, according to the Troy Record. That even beats the noise level of his hometown show at Bridgestone Arena that held about 14,000 people! Chris Young was so excited about the milestone that he tweeted about it later that night.

I'm only guessing here, but the fact that we showed Chris Young so much love last week, probably means he'll be back again soon!
