Jimmy Dean, 1928. Hosts his own network TV show in the 1950s and he's best-known for his million-selling 1961 single 'Big Bad John.' He also founds a meat company (Jimmy Dean Sausage) in 1968, later purchased by the Sara Lee company. Dean dies in 2010 at the age of 81.
