Barre, Mass. Hosts Country Dance Fest

This summer Country Dancers from all over the Capital Region and beyond are making a road trip to Camp Coldbrook in Barre, Mass. for some summer Country Dance fun.

July 18-July 20, some of the area's most fun Country Dance instructors will be hosting line dance lessons and country dance parties inside the air conditioned pavilion. In addition to bonfires and late night karaoke parties in the tavern, the popular Massachusetts campground will also feature a redneck theme all weekend!

Guest instructors for the Great Outdoors Country Dance Fest will include Sean Flaherty, Tony Marcantonio and Duke Alexander. If you'd like more information on the event, click here.

Friday, August 1- Captain JP Country Cruise in Troy w/ Gregg Simmons and Cryin' Out Loud (winner of WGNA's Battle of the Bands), 8:30-11:30.

Friday, August 15- The Corinth Barn, Downtown Corinth, 7-10.

Thursday, August 21- Vapor in Saratoga Casino and Raceway. 'Party For A Cause' to benefit the Saratoga County 4-H. The event will feature line dancing all night and guest appearances from previous Country Idol winners for a $5 donation.
