Charlotte Sena Found Safe, Person of Interest in Custody

Incredible news - Charlotte Sena, the 9-year-old girl who went missing at Moreau Lake State Park over the weekend has been found safe, and in good health according to the New York State Police.

Reports state that Charlotte was taken to Saratoga Hospital where she is to be in good health. There is no information at this time about the suspect in custody. However, there have been reports that there was heavy police presence inside the Saratoga State Park, where some have alleged she was found.

The New York State Police issued an Amber Alert on Sunday morning as they look for a missing 9-year-old girl believed to have been abducted on Saturday evening from a campground at Moreau Lake State Park.

Anyone with any information on this abduction is asked to call the New York State Police at (518) 457-6811 or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.

Girl believed to be in danger

The Amber Alert was issued on Sunday morning shortly before 10 am by the NYSP as they investigate what they say was the abduction of a 9-year-old girl named Charlotte E. Sena, last seen near the Moreaul Lake State Park, Loop A, Site 18 in Gansevoort NY.

Anytime an AMBER ALERT is issued, it's because "the child was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death."
