Animal "House of Horrors"

15 dogs were rescued from a house in Albany last week, that according to police, was littered with animal urine and feces, as well as uncapped syringes and other dangerous drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, Albany Police teamed up with the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society for the rescue, and as a result, 6 have been arrested in accordance with the extreme neglect.
